TONY TYLER is a HUMAN RESOURCES director level professional. He has a successful track record with blue chip UK and North American electronics, research, telecoms and manufacturing multinationals. His experience includes start-ups, development, change management, restructure, and relocation. Since 1992, when he established Interim Management Solutions Limited, he has been an Interim Executive. During this time he has drawn on his extensive experience, implementing efficient business solutions through enhanced human resource management.

He has successfully applied his experience and knowledge to a wide spectrum of assignments with blue chip clients in the engineering, insurance, banking, research, telecoms and the public sector, as well as to smaller and medium sized organisations. He is a Fellow of the Chartered Instituted of Personnel & Development, a Fellow of the Chartered Management Institute, a founder Member of the Institute of Interim Management and a Member of the Institute of Directors. An ethical practitioner, he frequently speaks on Interim Management. In 2002 he launched Virtual-HR-Office targeted at start-up businesses and SME's as well as larger organisations.
